In sudan, the economic system is mixed system. It tends to be more market system than command system. The government can regulate that system in terms of exports, imports, quantity, quality and prices. All the treats in the system refer to our islamic values or beliefs. SO, the bribes isn't acceptable while the exchanging of gifts is ok.
Bribes are not acceptable, but the exchange of gifts is? Can you provide an example of an acceptable gift exchange? I'm curious. Good description of your country's economic system!
ReplyDeleteIn Sudan there is a big difference between the two concepts in the exchange of gifts and bribery. Exchange of gifts is in social circles with whom you know in order to strong relations between people such as family, acquaintances, friends and even loved ones. in addition, you aren't waiting something from the other party while bribery when you give something to someone in return for something else. sudanese surprise when they recieve something from whom they don't know well.
ReplyDeletei hope that i have given you enough information
